BUYER
Placement : Tanjung Batu, Balikpapan

To be responsible for coordinating day to day procurement activities
including supplier management, purchasing, logistic and material
transportation and POSB warehouse.

Requirements:
 Min Bachelor degree in accounting/ economy, preferably from
reputable university
 Min. 3 year working experience in related sector
 Familiar with financial management system (budgeting, costing and forecasting)
 Has good personality and excellent communication skill
 Fluent in English both oral and written
 Has good skill on Microsoft Office program and other computer
application program will be preferred
 Time manageable and target oriented

Responsibilities:
1) Receive and verify data MR completeness and return uncompleted or
unapproved MR to Originator
2) Monitor material delivery to ensure the goods / materials delivery
times are conform with delivery date on PO
3) Source quotation to vendor for direct Purchase MR
4) Check Out standing and received closed in the system if document or
invoice available
5) Conduct vendor assessment, review supplier performance and maintain
record properly in order to manage supplier track record

and its projects. Advise management with changes to government
regulations.

Requirements:
1. Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health /
Environment Engineering
2. 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area
3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management
4. Able to travel from time to time if required
5. Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in
maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and
regulations in order to support company s operations effectively and

2. Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness

short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order
