Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Industrial/ Mechanical/ Structural/ Electrical Engineering
Min. 8 years of relevant experience preferably in the Agribusiness sector
Strong managerial and leadership skills
Ability to lead and manage a team of project managers/ consultants
Creative problem solving skill is required with ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to travel extensively is a must
